Southwinds is located in the city of Port Orange, county of Volusia, state of Florida. Southwinds HOA is the Homeowners' Association for home owners in Southwinds.
Our association is incorporated in the state of Florida, and as such we are regulated by the Florida Homeowners' Association Act. The specific legal requirements are contained in the Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and the Restrictions and Protective Covenants of the Association.
