SUMMARY

PETS - No livestock, poultry, or animals of any kind other than dogs, cats or other domesticated household pets may be kept on any lot. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets are not allowed to roam and don't exhibit "public nuisance" behavior such as chasing cars, harassing a person or barking excessively.  When off the owner's lot, dogs must be on a physical leash and pet waste must be removed and disposed of. For more information, see Chapter 10, Sec 10 of the Port Orange Code of Ordinances.

TRASH SERVICE - Trash and recycle containers can be placed at the end of your driveway the evening before scheduled pickup.  Organic yard waste can be placed at the edge of your property the day before scheduled pickup.  Trash is picked up twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up on Mondays only.  Yard waste is collected on Wednesday of each week.

RESIDENTIAL PARKING - No automobile, truck, boat, boat trailer, trailer, mobile home or RV or other similar vehicle shall be parked on the street overnight for a continuous period of time in excess of twelve hours.  No vehicles shall be parked at any time in any areas marked "NO PARKING".   Port Orange Parking
No boat, boat and trailer, trailer alone, RV or similar vehicle to include commercial vehicles shall be parked (for any period of time in excess of twelve consecutive hours) or stored or otherwise permitted to remain on any lot except in a garage attached to the residence.

SIGNS - No sign of any kind shall be erected, permitted to remain on or displayed to public view on or from any lot except an approved sign giving the name of the occupant of the residence located on said lot or an approved sign advertising the premises for sale or rent.  All signs shall be approved by the Board.
