Clubhouse

The Clubhouse may be rented for events by Southwinds homeowners and property owners. The Clubhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, TV with basic cable, and has access to the pool. Be aware that when you rent the Clubhouse, the pool will still be available for use by all residents. There are tables and folding chairs are available if needed, but must be kept inside the Clubhouse and not brought outside to the pool area. You must fill out the reservation form found below and return it to the Property Manager at least one week prior to your event, along with a fee of $100 per day of use and a $100 cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit will be refunded provided the clubhouse was properly cleaned after your event.
