What’s Happening
There are currently several residents who are in violation of the HOA Covenants and/or city parking regulations. If you have a vehicle in violation, please be aware that we have a storage lot available for non-commercial vehicles. Info is available under “Amenities”.
- HOA Covenants: No automobile, truck, boat, boat trailer, trailer, mobile home or RV or other similar vehicle shall be parked on the street overnight for a continuous period of time in excess of twelve hours. No vehicles shall be parked at any time in any areas marked "NO PARKING". No boat, boat and trailer, trailer alone, RV or similar vehicle to include commercial vehicles shall be parked (for any period of time in excess of twelve consecutive hours) or stored or otherwise permitted to remain on any lot except in a garage attached to the residence.
