POOL RULES

1. Pool hours are dawn till dusk.

2. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. All guests of residents must be accompanied by the resident.

3. No running, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, or motorized wheeled vehicles are allowed within the fenced pool area except those needed by a handicapped person. All use of the pool area must be reasonable and without disorderly conduct, without danger to any persons or property, without loud noises or rough or disorderly conduct.

4. No glass or breakable containers, food, drink, allowed in the pool area. Non-breakable beverages and food items are allowed in the patio area. Be sure to clean up your area before you leave.

5. No pets are allowed in the pool area or clubhouse.

8. The Homeowners Association and its representatives shall have the absolute right to refuse admission to the pool and the pool area to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. No floats, boogie boards, etc. shall be used. Life vests, wearable toddler swim floats and noodles are allowed in the pool.

8. Restrooms are available for changing clothing and diapers.

9. Handicapped individuals are extended the same privilege as anyone else and are subject to the same rules.

10. The pool area is to be used by residents and guests only. Please limit guests to two per resident. Residents will be responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damage or extra clean up expense caused by residents or their guests shall be charged to and paid by the resident.

11. Anyone under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a parent, guests not accompanied by a resident, or anyone in the pool area after dusk or without proper ID showing a Southwinds address will be considered trespassing and subject to prosecution.

12. No diving in the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

13. Thank you for keeping the pool area clean. Dispose of trash and recycling in the receptacles provided. NO GRILLS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE FENCED POOL AREA.

14. SOUTHWINDS HOA reserves the right to close the pool and the pool premises at any time for repairs and/or maintenance of the pool area. Also, any resident who is not current on their monthly fees will be refused use of the pool and community common property.

15. No electronic music devices shall be used without headphones.

16. PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Violators will lose their pool privileges.

17. Any items found left in the pool area will be disposed of, so please be sure to collect your belongings before you leave.

18. Anyone using the pool and the pool premises does hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.

Violation of any of these rules may result in loss of pool privileges.
These rules are subject to change as the need arises.
